Health checks, bulk endpoints, and a new homepage for api.prayertimes.sg

🍎 There's now a /health page — you can see at a glance if the API is up, whether today's and tomorrow's prayer times are available, and how far ahead the data goes. Useful for me too honestly.

📡 /health.json for anyone running uptime monitors. Returns 503 if something's actually broken.

🏠 Gave the homepage a proper refresh. It now looks like an actual API docs page instead of a plain list of links.
